These Buyer Terms ("Terms") govern purchases made through WildCard. By checking the box at checkout and completing your order, you agree to these Terms for that order.
When you buy something on WildCard, you're buying it from the individual seller who listed it, not from WildCard directly. WildCard processes payment, quotes and purchases the shipping label, and holds payment until the item ships, but is not the seller of the item itself.
Sellers are required to accurately describe an item's condition and disclose any wear or damage. If what arrives materially doesn't match the listing, contact WildCard through your account as soon as possible so it can be looked into.
Sellers are required to ship within the window shown at checkout (currently 7 days). If that doesn't happen, your order is automatically refunded in full — no action needed on your part.
You can pay with a card, WildCard credit you've earned from your own sales, or both together, up to your available balance. WildCard credit is not a cash equivalent, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash, never expires, and can only be applied toward a WildCard purchase.
If an item you ordered sells out before your order is confirmed (a rare timing conflict), that order is refunded — any card charge is refunded to your card and any WildCard credit applied is returned to your balance.
Because every item is a unique, individually-owned piece sold by its seller, WildCard purchases are generally final once the item ships as described. Refunds are issued for the shipping guarantee above, for items that don't arrive, or for items materially different from their listing, at WildCard's discretion after review.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WildCard's liability to you arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. WildCard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
WildCard may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you check out is the version that applies to that order.
